Weeks into office, Vice President Kamala Harris is reportedly taking calls with foreign leaders on behalf of President Joe Biden.
On Monday, Harris held her second call with a foreign world leader when she spoke to French President Emmanuel Macron, The New York Post reported Tuesday.
You could argue this is SOP, but I think it’s more a sign of President Joe Biden’s (D-USA) mental decline. Can’t have him saying something stupid to a foreign leader, can we?
