WATCH: White House press sec says Biden hasn't held a press conference and barely takes questions because he's too busy | The Post Millennial

"We look forward to holding a full press conference in the coming weeks, before the end of the month, and we are working a setting a final date for that, and as soon as we do, we will let you all know.

"But, this president came in during a historic crisis, two historic crises: a pandemic like the country had not seen in decades and decades, and an economic downturn that left ten million people out of work.

Uh huh. They will continue to find friendly forums where they know President Joe Biden (D-USA) won’t be asked tough questions and where he’ll be forgiven if he fumbles over the answers. And they will try to tell us that he is taking questions, and try to pretend that counts.

I’ll Take ‘Headlines You Never Saw When Trump Was President’ for $1000

Black Unemployment Rate Rises Despite Declines for All Other Groups (yahoo.com)

The Black unemployment rate climbed in February even as most other Americans saw a decline in joblessness, underscoring that the labor-market recovery remains uneven one year after the pandemic began.

The unemployment rate for Black Americans rose to 9.9%, the highest among all race groups tracked, the Labor Department said Friday. The overall U.S. jobless rate fell to 6.2% and White, Hispanic and Asian-American workers saw declines, the data show.

What were the Trump headlines? I’m sure I remember. Oh yes. CNBC, Friday, October 4, 2019.

Black and Hispanic unemployment is at a record low (cnbc.com)

  • The jobless rate for Hispanics hit a record low of 3.9% in September, while African Americans maintained its lowest rate ever, 5.5%.
  • The unemployment rate for Asian Americans was 2.5% in September. The jobless rate for adult women came in at 3.1%.

Good thing we voted out President Donald Trump (R-USA).

I criticized YouTube here for only applying their rules to one side, when they censored President Donald Trump’s (R-USA) CPAC speech from right-leaning outlets.

Well, they finally got around to censoring it everywhere. Of course, they had to suspend another right broadcasting sight in the process.

Dreaded QAnon March 4 Uprising Fails to Materialize in the Capitol - American Greatness (amgreatness.com)

U.S. intelligence analysts apparently came to this conclusion after perusing QAnon message boards, where true-believers theorized that former president Trump would retake office on March 4, the country’s original Inauguration Day.

In dozens of reports, the corporate media hyped the “potential threat” of a QAnon uprising in our nation’s Capitol.

In response, the House of Representatives suspended its Thursday session and Capitol Police and National Guard troops went on “high alert.”

One person got it right.

Maybe Giuliani isn’t as Cracked as I Thought

Giuliani urges to ban mail-in voting, cites other countries’ examples | One America News Network (oann.com)

Rudy Giuliani called to outlaw mail-in voting in the U.S. and said other countries don’t allow the practice in their elections. In a since-deleted tweet on Thursday, the former New York City Mayor said mail-in voting is subject to systemic fraud that can change outcomes of elections.

Giuliani appeared to refer to Ireland and the Netherlands, both of which recently mandated in-person voting in their elections this year. Meanwhile, President Trump’s lawsuit against voting fraud in Georgia is slated to be heard by the Grand Jury.

Well, when you’re right, you’re right. I’ve been wholeheartedly opposed to mail-in voting for at least a decade. I do not believe that it should be allowed in any cases, ever. There is just no way to ensure ballot integrity with mail-in voting.  And when you commit voter fraud, you disenfranchise me.

Nonsense-I’ve been Assured by Those in the Know that Mail-in Voter Fraud Never Occurs

Massive 78% of Mail-In Ballots Proved Fraudulent, Judge Orders Election Do-Over. - The National Pulse

“In the sixty-four-page order, Judge Jeff Weill not only calls for a new election but also finds evidence of fraud and criminal activity, in how absentee ballots were handled, how votes were counted, and the actions by some at the polling place,” local news reports.

The race in question – a Democratic primary – occurred in Ward 1 or Aberdeen, Mississippi for the position of alderman between candidates Robert Devaull and Nicholas Holliday.

The judge’s ruling revealed that sixty-six of eighty-four absentee ballots – nearly 79 percent –  cast in the June runoff were fraudulent.

79% were fraudulent. In a Democratic primary. Gee. Imagine that.

But there was no fraud in the 2020 election. So we have been assured. And Twitter and Facebook will shut you up if you suggest otherwise. So, therefore it must be true. We can trust Facebook and Twitter.

How are we Supposed to Reach the Goal if the Goalposts Keep Moving?

First it was $2000, then it became $1400 because you already got the $600 “down payment”, and now…

Biden, Senate Democrats agree to limit eligibility for $1,400 checks (nbcnews.com)

Senate Democrats plan to give $1,400 checks to fewer people under a deal struck with President Joe Biden, according to two sources familiar with it.

Every American who filed individually and makes up to $75,000 would still get the full amount before it begins to reduce at incomes above that. But rather than zero out at $100,000 earnings, as the last Covid-19 relief bill does, the Senate bill would cut off payments at $80,000, the sources said.

For couples filing jointly, incomes up to $150,000 would still get the full amount. But rather than zero out at $200,000, the Senate bill would cut off payments at $160,000 in earnings.

Boy, if I was one of those people who voted in those Democrats in GA to get my $2,000 check, I would feel very cheated.

Of course, that’s one of the many problems with buying votes. You have to actually turn over the money at some point.

Oh, and it’s illegal. Yeah, there’s that.

If You’re Still Calling it an ‘Insurrection’, You’ve been Duped by the Media

FBI Official Says No Guns Were Recovered During Capitol Riot Arrests | The Daily Caller

A top FBI counterterrorism official testified on Wednesday that no firearms were recovered during arrests of rioters who breached the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

“How many firearms were confiscated in the Capitol or on Capitol grounds during that day?” Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson asked Jill Sanborn, the FBI official, during a Senate Homeland Security hearing.

“To my knowledge, we have not recovered any on that day from any other arrests at the scene at this point,” replied Sanborn, who serves as FBI assistant director for counterterrorism.

“I don’t want to speak on behalf of Metro and Capitol police, but, to my knowledge, none,” she added.

Hard to have an insurrection without any weapons. Just sayin’.

And we only have one death that was confirmed to have occurred at the ‘riot’ and because of it. That was a protestor that was shot by a police officer.

This was less of a riot and more of a block party.

What was Dr. Wolf’s crime? She doesn’t believe that lockdowns are effective.

For decades, Wolf, a feminist and former President Clinton staffer and Al Gore adviser, was “allowed” to speak her mind unhindered by censors, but when she started to question the way the Covid pandemic has been handled, one after another social media networks started temporarily restricting her accounts and removing her content, including when reposted by other accounts.

Hey, this isn’t Fair!

Wait, so you’re Telling me that When Business Costs Go up, So Do Their Prices? What? Who made up these rules??

McDonald’s Response to Minimum Wage Hikes Totally Undercuts the ‘Fight for $15,’ New Study Shows - Foundation for Economic Education (fee.org)

A recently-released study reveals that past minimum wage hikes resulted in much higher menu prices for consumers.

Princeton economist Orley C. Ashenfelter and Czech economist Å tÄ›pán Jurajda studied price and wage data from almost every McDonald’s restaurant in the US. They found a “full or near-full price pass-through of minimum-wage-induced higher costs of labor.” In English, this means that by vastly increasing production costs,  minimum wage hikes resulted in an equivalent increase in menu prices.

YHGTBFKM.

It’s almost like math works. Which means it’s racist. Which means that McDonald’s is racist.

Well, minimum wage hikes are intended to help workers. Proponents say that everyone deserves a “living wage” and argue that a government-mandated wage increase will mean higher wages for workers. In contrast, the most common counterpoint against minimum wage increases is that they lead to unemployment. This is indeed true, and the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that a $15 federal minimum wage would eliminate at least 1.4 million jobs.

Well, we can’t have that. Clearly, Congress needs to step in and force businesses not to reduce staff to cover the increased costs.

You think I’m kidding, but it’s coming.

On Sunday, with CPAC’s permission, Minnesota’s scrappy Alpha News posted the video of President Trump’s CPAC speech on the Alpha News YouTube channel. (I am a member of the Alpha News board.) YouTube removed the video and called strike one on Alpha News for posting it. Below is a screenshot of the notice from YouTube.

Of course I’m against takedowns. I always am. But this one is worse than usual. Consider Alpha News’ reply:

President Trump’s speech at CPAC is currently posted in full and unedited on the Reuters YouTube channel, the ABC News YouTube channel, and The Hill’s YouTube channel. Removing this speech only from the Alpha News YouTube channel is thus an unequal enforcement of the Community Guidelines. We respectfully request that YouTube either restore our video and clear us of any channel violations, or remove the video from Reuters, ABC News and The Hill and apply a strike to their channels as well. Thank you for your time.

You’d think that’d be enough to get Alpha News’ video restored. You’d be wrong.

Early this morning YouTube denied the appeal. This means Alpha News can’t post any new content for 7 days and that it is two strikes away from being removed completely. The video posted on the Reuters YouTube channel is here.

YouTube only enforces its rules when it wants to. I know that you’re shocked.

So, why was she suspended then?

‘Anti-Racism’ in STEM is Destroying our Future

There Is No Such Thing as "White" Math - Common Sense with Bari Weiss (substack.com)

Take for example the recent educational program called “a pathway to equitable math instruction.” The program is backed financially by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; it counts among its partners the Lawrence Hall of Science at UC Berkeley, the California Math project, the Association of California School Administrators, and the Los Angeles County Office of Education, among others; and it was recently sent to Oregon teachers by the state’s Department of Education.

The program argues that “white supremacy culture shows up in the classroom when the focus is on getting the ‘right’ answer” or when students are required to show their work, while stipulating that the very “concept of mathematics being purely objective is unequivocally false”. The main goal of the program is “to dismantle racism in mathematics instruction” with the expressly political aim of engaging “the sociopolitical turn in all aspects of education, including mathematics.”

Well, I was going to comment on this, but two paragraphs down, the author does a far better and more succinct version than I could have.

So let me state the following for the record: Nothing in the history and current practice of mathematics justifies the notion that it is in any way different or dependent on the particular race or ethnic group engaged in it.

Getting the right answer is not racist, nor is expecting the right answer. Being required to show your work is not racist. It shows your understanding of the problem. And allows the instructor to give you partial credit, if you clearly understood the problem but somehow misread your scribbles and read a 6 as a 0 and ended up subtracting wrong.

I certainly would not want to drive over a bridge built by someone who had been taught by people that thought being forced to get the correct answer was racist.

Oh—That Cancel Culture

SUNY student suspended for Instagram post saying, "A Man Is A Man, A Woman Is A Woman" (reclaimthenet.org)

I have TG friends. My wife has a TG cousin (now deceased). Just like everyone else, they have their issues. Some are a little more depressed than average, I think. On the other hand, some are a little more happy than average. Not for me to say where it balances out.

So, you may disagree with Stevens’ statement. You may even find it offensive. But what he says on social media, unless he’s actively threatening violence or a crime, should not be grounds for dismissal from school.

An education student at a university in New York was suspended after his Instagram posts were brought to the attention of the school’s administration. The school says education students have to abide by the rules of their profession, which include “protecting the mental and emotional well-being of all students.”

In one of the posts, Owen Stevens, a student at the State University of New York-Geneseo (SUNY-Geneseo), said “A man is a man, a woman is a woman. A man is not a woman and a woman is not a man.”

Once again, as always, I am on the side of free speech.

This is wrong.

Ross Douthat Almost Gets It

Opinion | Cuomo and the Twilight of the Anti-Trump Idols - The New York Times (nytimes.com)

Throughout the Trump presidency and especially in the Covid era, there was a quest for figures that could be held up as embodiments of everything that Trump’s opposition wanted to restore: reason, technical competence, idealism. Over time these figures took on the character of familiar dramatic archetypes — the Good Republican, the Heroic Whistleblower, the Beleaguered Expert, the Tough Blue State Governor, the Wise and Sophisticated Europeans.

He lists as playing the part of the Good Republican, Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT), although I don’t remember Douthat having much good to say about Romney in 2012. Starring as the Tough Blue State Governor, Mr. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY), and various entities appear as the Wise and Sophisticated Europeans.

Douthat points out how each of these has let us down, with the exception of Romney whom Douthat now appears to idolize. I want to bring out one key quote before I make my point.

For the sake of the heroic story, the fact that Cuomo and Bill de Blasio jointly botched New York’s initial response to the coronavirus was airbrushed out of the televised hagiography. The fact that the governor shipped potentially contagious patients back to nursing homes was reported on but didn’t dent Cuomo’s reputation, becoming a cause célèbre mostly in the right-wing press. And the bullying, berating side of Cuomo that’s suddenly front-and-center in stories about his alleged cover-up of nursing-home death numbers — well, that was portrayed as the seriousness a reeling country needed.

Douthat correctly points out that the fact that Cuomo was a failure, not a hero, was well known even at the time of his rise in fame, but that the media whitewashed that in their efforts to find an anti-Trump. This is the kind of thing that occurred over the last four years that infuriates conservatives. The media pushes a lie, and they know it’s a lie, everyone “in the know” is aware of it, but it doesn’t matter.

The narrative is important, not the truth. A sad fact that I’ve pointed out many times.

Douthat also brings up the other “Good Republicans” at the Lincoln Project.

[A] similar deglamorization has arrived for the Good Republicans at the Lincoln Project, the collection of Republican strategists dedicated to using their skills to bring down Donald Trump. They started with a sermon about saving the Republic, lapped up Resistance lucre for their ad campaigns, and now — well, it now turns out they had an accused sexual harasser among their founders, a toxic workplace culture and a mission that sought “generational wealth” for its leaders as assiduously as it sought Trump’s defeat.

This is all true.

And let’s not forget the Wise and Sophisticated Europeans.

Finally, the wheel has also turned for the Wise and Sophisticated Europeans, whose governments were once portrayed as having vanquished the pandemic with Science, while Trump’s America was a failed state where the coronavirus held illimitable dominion over all.

That trans-Atlantic contrast diminished when Europe experienced its own autumnal wave, but now, in the race to vaccinate, the whole narrative has been reversed. America’s vaccine program looks far better than Europe’s catastrophic non-rollout, and the only major European country doing really well is Britain, which rather famously Brexited out of the Continent’s technocratic utopia not so long ago.

Douthat fails to put two and two together, though. All of these people have been exposed as either having the same faults attributed to Trump, or just being scam artists, or in fact at having been entirely wrong in their opposition to him.

In fact, every one of these anti-Trumps has shown that whatever they were saying or doing to oppose Trump, Trump was the better choice. He turns out to have been right where they were wrong. He turns out to have the moral high ground. And clearly wiser and more sophisticated than the Europeans.

Trump is better than all of those people, and Douthat is still incapable of seeing this clear and simple truth. Well, perhaps he’ll see it the next time there’s a Republican President. He’ll be able to tell us then about how effective Trump was in comparison to whomever comes next.

The Disaster that is Portland, OR

Rioters Smash Windows, Force Businesses To Board Up In Downtown Portland | The Daily Wire

Although coverage of ongoing unrest in Portland has largely dropped off, the far-left protests have not abated. On the day President Joe Biden was inaugurated, suspected “anti-fascists” vandalized the city’s Democratic party headquarters, and just last month, Federal agents were called in to defend an ICE facility there. They tangled with rioters and, eventually, were forced to deploy non-lethal means of crowd control, including tear gas.

I’m sure it’s all President Donald Trump’s (R-USA) fault.

“We have removed everything that could possibly cause damage tonight,” one business owner told local media. “When these people come through, and we’ve lost an entire day of business which means that’s impacting my team member’s wages. This has been going on for nine months. Where are our resources? When do we get enough resources to finally go after and fix this?”

On Saturday night, a mob of antifa rioters ravaged the Pearl District of Portland, smashing windows and spray-painting anti-police messages on businesses, including a Safeway, a Starbucks, and a Chipotle, among others. Police resources to deal with the riot had been strained by multiple shootings in the city that same evening.

Beirut sounds like a safer place to live.

Oddly, no screams from the Democrats this morning about how awful this is.

Michael Steeber of 9t05Mac doesn’t appear to get it:

“It implies that the community is a threat.”

Sorry, Michael. The community is a threat. Not just to Apple, but all businesses and people in the area. And none of that is going away until everyone faces up to it and is willing to do something about it. Apple donated to the organizations that destroyed their store. What kind of idiocy is this?

The core area of downtown – city hall, government buildings, including the state and the notoriously attacked federal courthouses – are still boarded up. The second-story windows at city hall are covered with Black Lives Matter signs.

Across the street, statues have been wrecked and removed, and nearby high rises are closed. A 7-Eleven is boarded up and outfitted with Black Lives Matter signs, as well.

I know I’ve said this before, but Portland used to be such a delightful city. A true treasure of the western U.S.

Seeing all this makes me sad.

Seeing the Democrats turn a blind eye to it, or even support the people that have made this happen makes me mad.

Liberals are destroying America. And they’re not even bothering to hide it or to do it slowly anymore.

February 28, 1933

The Reichstag Fire Decree.

The preamble translated into English:

Order of the Reich President for the Protection of People and State

On the basis of Article 48 paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the German Reich, the following is ordered in defense against Communist state-endangering acts of violence:

§ 1.
Articles 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124 and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. It is therefore permissible to restrict the rights of personal freedom [habeas corpus], freedom of (opinion) expression, including the freedom of the press, the freedom to organize and assemble, the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications. Warrants for House searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.

This was issued within hours of the Reichstag fire. The Reichstag was equivalent to our Congress building. The fire was believed to have been arson, and Hitler blamed an insurrection by the Communist Party of Germany. He used this is as a method to restrict civil liberties, including the freedom of speech, and to essentially make the opposition party illegal.

Hmm.

NY Gov. Cuomo accused of sexual harassment for 2nd time | Fox News

“Governor Andrew Cuomo has created a culture within his administration where sexual harassment and bullying is so pervasive that it is not only condoned but expected. His inappropriate behavior toward women was an affirmation that he liked you, that you must be doing something right,” Boylan wrote. “He used intimidation to silence his critics. And if you dared to speak up, you would face consequences.”

Uh oh.

The 25-year-old staffer described to the Times an incident that took place in June when she was "alone" with the 63-year-old governor in his State Capitol office. According to the report, he allegedly asked her if she thought age made a difference in romantic relationships and that he was open to having relationships with women in their 20s, which were noted by the Times as "comments she interpreted as clear overtures to a sexual relationship."

I’m sure no HR department would have problems with this.

As I keep saying, I expect Governor Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) to survive his current issues. But maybe the fact that these items are now coming forth hints otherwise.

On the other hand…

ABC, CBS, NBC avoid explosive sexual harassment claims against Andrew Cuomo on evening news broadcasts | Fox News

Liz Cheney is an Idiot

At first I thought the issue was just Rep. Liz Cheney’s (R-MT-AL) personal loathing of President Donald Trump (R-USA). But now I realize that she’s a complete idiot and has no political instincts whatsoever. With qualifications like that, it’s no wonder she’s in Republican Party Leadership.

Liz Cheney Says Republicans Need To Make It Clear That 'We Aren't The Party Of White Supremacy' (lifezette.com)

Representative Liz Cheney (R- WY), who is one of the Republicans that voted to impeach former President Donald Trump during his last impeachment trial, spoke out at a Reagan Institute event on Tuesday to say that the Republican party needs to “make clear that we aren’t the party of white supremacy” in the wake of last month’s Capitol riots.

No. They don’t. No, no, no, no, no, a thousand times no.

The GOP has made that clear for decades. Repeating a Democratic Party talking point as if it’s true can only harm the party. What the Republican Party needs to do is to ignore these baseless allegations, and prove that they’re the party of all Americans, and in particular those of us who work for a living and who are often living paycheck-to-paycheck.

“Certainly the potential of a 9/11-style commission, I think that is very important,” Cheney said. “I think there are many aspects of what happened on the 6th and in the days and weeks and months leading up to it that have to be investigated.”

“It’s very important, especially for us as Republicans, to make clear that we aren’t the party of white supremacy,” she added. “You certainly saw anti-Semitism. You saw the symbols of Holocaust denial, for example, at the Capitol that day. You saw a Confederate flag being carried through the Rotunda. And I think we as Republicans, in particular, have a duty and an obligation to stand against that, to stand against insurrection.”

Oh God. She backs a commission to investigate the January 6th “riot”. I would say that she’s actually playing for the other team, but I’m reminded of Hanlon’s razor.

Amazon Not Streaming Clarence Thomas Doc During Black History Month | The Daily Wire

But since he’s a conservative, it’s okay.

“Recently, Amazon Prime dropped Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in His Own Words, an acclaimed and popular PBS documentary on Justice Clarence Thomas, making it unavailable to stream during Black History Month,” Breitbart reported. “Thomas is our nation’s only black justice currently serving on the U.S. Supreme Court, and one would think that between Amazon’s claim to ‘building an inclusive culture’ and the fact that it’s Black History Month, Amazon would want to stream this inspiring documentary on its platform.”

Obviously it’s only a certain kind of Black History that Amazon is willing to promote.

Part of me doesn’t have a problem with this. Thomas should “not be judged by the color of [his] skin, but by the content of [his] character.

But I didn’t make the rules. And the rules say that not celebrating Thomas’s historic career is racist.

CNN Continues to be the Fake News Network

I really should find a good synonym for “Fake” that begins with “C”.

But I digress.

CNN Ripped For ‘Bizarre Distortion’ Of Clarence Thomas Dissent In PA Election Case | The Daily Wire

“A longtime conservative, Thomas’ legal views naturally aligned with the Trump administration,” she continued in the article. “But his dissent stands out for how much it subscribed to the Trump worldview of fraud, a notion debunked by election law experts and that has failed overwhelmingly in dozens of state and federal court challenges.”

National Review’s Ed Whelan hit back:

“I’m amazed to see that Thomas’s dissent somehow generated this wildly distorted article from CNN’s veteran Supreme Court reporter Joan Biskupic,” he wrote.

“A trusting reader might imagine that Thomas’s dissent is replete with references to Dominion and Smartmatic and to various of Trump’s other allegations of fraud,” Whelan continued. “In fact, Thomas makes no mention of such allegations. Nor does the word ‘Trump’ appear a single time in his opinion.”

“Moreover, Thomas states in his opening paragraph (and repeats twice later) that the Pennsylvania supreme court decision that the Court was asked to review ‘seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election,’” added Whelan. “That’s not a statement you ever heard Donald Trump make.”

It’s bad enough that CNN continues to publish #FakeNews on President Donald Trump (R-USA). But someone assigned to the Supreme Court beat should be above such pettiness. If she’s the best they have at Court reporting, they should just drop coverage of SCOTUS, because this isn’t coverage, it’s propaganda.

Report: Nikki Haley Isolated After Attacking Trump, Not Among GOP 2024 Presidential Hopefuls At CPAC (lifezette.com)

As conservatives gather for their annual conference known as CPAC, Nikki Haley will not be among the possible 2024 GOP contenders in attendance, with speculation that her rivalry with Donald Trump being a contributing factor.

According to one report, Haley is “isolated” after she attacked President Trump for the January 6 Capitol riot.

This comes in the aftermath last week of the former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. asking for a meeting with Trump at Mar-a-Lago. Her request was turned down.

It wasn’t the case in years gone by that we required our political leaders to be in lock-step agreement with each other. I like Nikki Haley. I don’t agree with everything she’s said or done, but that’s true of everyone.

Her comments about Trump were not that inflammatory. She basically said that he went too far in his protestations about the election. An overwhelming majority of Americans believe that.

But disagreeing with Trump, particularly on the election is a quick way to be exiled in the Republican Party right now. I have criticized Rep. Liz Cheney (R-MT-AL) for that, but her comments and actions go far beyond what Haley has done or said.

We used to call this “staking a claim” or “establishing an identity” when politicians distanced themselves from some actions or statements by previous administrations. Now it’s heresy.

This is a bad thing. Republicans rightly criticized Democrats for their “cult of personality” around President Barack Obama (D-USA), and Democrats are now right to make the came criticisms of Trump voters.

We have to be about what is right and what is wrong and not about who is saying it.

The message is much more important than the messenger. Or it should be. I’m not convinced it really has been true since mid 2008.

President Joe Biden (D-USA) is a Lying Sack of …

He lied about Charlottesville repeatedly during his campaign. Now he’s lying repeatedly about President Donald Trump (R-USA) and the China Virus.

I call bull.

By the end of the year, the Biden administration will have convinced most of you that the vaccine was created due to his efforts and the first doses weren’t administered until after he took office.

The fact that the media doesn’t call him out on this is positively disgusting.

“Very Fine People” Will Live on Forever

As I keep saying, it doesn’t matter what the truth is. Only what they can make you believe.

My parents believe this hoax. Despite my best efforts to show them the literal truth. They’re incapable of seeing it, though. They’ve been conditioned by the media to believe one thing, and they will go on believing it until the day they die, regardless of the facts.

But let’s go to the tape one more time. Watch the whole thing.

Q4 2020 GDP +4.1%!

Gross Domestic Product, Fourth Quarter and Year 2020 (Second Estimate) | U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA)

Real gross domestic product (GDP) increased at an annual rate of 4.1 percent in the fourth quarter of 2020 (table 1), according to the "second" estimate released by the Bureau of Economic Analysis. In the third quarter, real GDP increased 33.4 percent.

Good thing we got rid of President Donald Trump (R-USA). Imagine what he could have done for the economy given four more years.

“Right to Work” Shows Democrats True Colors

Dr. Rand Paul Reintroduces National Right to Work Act | Senator Rand Paul (senate.gov)

That’s great. But it will never pass a Democrat controlled Congress or get approval from a Democrat President.

Today, U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) reintroduced the National Right to Work Act to preserve and protect the free choice of individual employees to form, join, or assist labor organizations or to refrain from such activities. The bill currently has 15 cosponsors.

“The National Right to Work Act ensures all American workers have the ability to choose to refrain from joining or paying dues to a union as a condition for employment.” said Dr. Paul. “Kentucky and 26 other states have already passed right to work laws. It’s time for the federal government to follow their lead.”

The Right to Work Act would get unanimous support from Democrats if they actually supported the working man. They don’t. They support unions.

Ok, Not Sure How this is Going to Work…

…but, good. I guess?

Ga. State Senate votes 35-18 to mandate voter ID for mail-in ballots | One America News Network (oann.com)

I’m all about ballot integrity and anything that works to improve that. Just not sure how anything you do really helps with that on mail-in ballots.

The Georgia State Senate passed an important measure to prevent voting fraud with absentee ballots. The bill was sent to the state House for consideration after it passed the state Senate in a 35-to-18 vote Tuesday.

The measure seeks to require Georgia’s voters to submit a valid photo ID in order to cast an absentee ballot in the state. The acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, a state ID card or any approved federal forms of identification.

On the other hand, Georgia Democrats are playing their typical “voter suppression” card, so maybe there’s something to it after all.

Fauci is a Political Hack

He praised Trump where he could last year because it benefited him to do so. He now puts down Trump because it benefits him to do so.

'Fire Fauci' Trends on Twitter as His Mixed Messages and Inconsistencies Finally Get Called Out – PJ Media

He changes positions more often than I change my underwear.

As RedState contributor Jennifer Oliver O’Connell noted, “Masks, herd immunity, lockdowns, Fauci has been inconsistent, incorrect, or has flat out lied.”

Fox News went into significant detail about Fauci’s inconsistencies since the start of the pandemic. In early March of last year, he warned of “unintended consequences” of wearing masks, because “people keep fiddling with the mask and they keep touching their face.” Fauci also advised against masking in the early weeks, reportedly because of a shortage of PPE for medical workers, but Fauci later embraced masking, and later, recommended double-masking, despite acknowledging there is no data that proves that it works. The CDC now officially recommends double-masking.

And:

Fauci’s messaging on vaccinations has also been remarkably inconsistent. Fauci originally said it will take 70 percent of the population getting vaccinated to achieve herd immunity before revising that number up to 80 percent. Even the New York Times accused Fauci of “quietly shifting” his recommendations. Fauci then conceded that he was taking public opinion polls into account when made his comments, and that he really doesn’t know “what the real number is.”

And now he says that we shouldn’t stop any of the restrictions that have been in place, even if we get vaccinated. That we should keep them up through the end of this year and into the next. I’d be worried about that, but he’ll say say something different next month.

Steve Crowder Suspended from Twitter

Why do I keep bringing these up? Because freedom of speech is important. And what the left is doing it inhibit it must be stopped.

Steven Crowder Temporarily Suspended From Twitter Over Voter Fraud Post; Crowder Responds: ‘Fight Like Hell’ | The Daily Wire

Conservative commentator Steven Crowder was temporarily suspended from his Twitter account on Tuesday for posting a video wherein he discusses potential voter fraud linked to what he described as dozens of “non-existent voter addresses.”

Twitter flagged his tweet with the ever popular “disputed” label.

“This claim of election fraud is disputed, and this Tweet can’t be replied to, retweeted, or liked due to risk of violence.”

You know, I dispute lots of things on Twitter. Most of it, as a matter of fact. But only Twitter gets to judge what is “disputable”. And somehow it’s always right-leaning Tweets that suffer that fate.

I guess everyone on the right just lies all the time, and everyone on the left always tells the truth.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

“All of this Work was Done by the Previous Administration”

Why yes. Yes, it was.

AP Reporter Destroys Biden Spox for Trying to Take Credit for Trump Policy – PJ Media

[State Department spokesman Ned] Price suggested during the press conference that the Biden administration was responsible for getting 18 entities to scale back their involvement in Nord Stream 2, a natural gas pipeline project between Russia and Germany that would double the amount of natural gas Europe imports from Russia.

“Ned, don’t you think it’s a bit disingenuous to claim credit for the 18 companies winding down? All of this work was done under the previous administration,” Lee said to Price.

It doesn’t matter what is true. Only what they can make you believe. Expect four years of taking credit for Trump’s successes, and of blaming their own failures on Trump. Kudos to the AP for calling them on it.

Bravery & Cowardice in One Post

Canadian Parliament Votes Unanimously To Recognize China's Genocide - Washington Free Beacon

Good. I wish our own government would do something to react to the genocide of the Uyghurs.

A resolution in Canada's parliament to declare China’s human-rights abuses against Uighur Muslims a genocide passed unanimously on Monday.

The 266-0 vote opens the door to further policy action from the Canadian government

And it passed unanimously. Some things transcend politics and party.

Or at least it should. From the same article:

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and most of his cabinet declined to attend the vote. One cabinet member, foreign affairs minister Marc Garneau, abstained on behalf of the government.

Trudeau previously objected to the use of the term "genocide" to describe the mass incarceration and coercive population control ongoing in western China, saying the issue warrants further study.

That’s just sickening. Frankly the kind of cowardly behavior that I would expect from our own President Joe Biden (D-USA). Just when I thought there was hope for Canada.

YouTube Bans Pro-Life Speech

Today’s blacklisted American: Pro-life news organization blacklisted by Google’s YouTube (behindtheblack.com)

The pro-life news organization, LifteSiteNews, has been blacklisted by Google’s YouTube, which on February 10th without warning removed all the organization’s videos.

I am unabashedly pro-life, and not just because I’m conservative. My wife and I had lots of issues conceiving, and I understand just how difficult and heart-wrenching that can be for some. It makes you cherish those tiny mini-humans in the womb all that much more.

I don’t hit LifeSiteNews every day, but I do subscribe to their blog. There is nothing remotely offensive o the site unless you find celebration of life to be offensive. If you do, I can’t help you.

There are occasional articles regarding the physical and emotional aftermath of abortions, but none of these articles are controversial or espouse ideas that are in any way surprising.

But they don’t agree with the pro-abort orthodoxy and therefore they must be silenced.

The left is coming for everyone that doesn’t agree with them. They’re coming for you, eventually.
