Cuomo Has Gotten so Toxic that Even Other Democrats are Avoiding him Like he Has…well…the China Virus

De Blasio calls for full investigation into Cuomo's handling of nursing home scandal (washingtonexaminer.com)

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio [(D)] called for an investigation into an alleged cover-up by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s [(D)] administration over how many patients died in nursing homes early in the COVID-19 pandemic.

"It's very troubling. We've got to know more. We now need a full accounting of what happened," de Blasio said during a radio interview on Friday.

"Think about seniors, who their lives were in the balance and their families, you know, just desperate to get them the help they needed," de Blasio continued. "We need to know exactly what happened here. We need to make sure nothing like this ever happens again."

The fact that he was made out to be a hero by leftist media would be funny if it weren’t so disgusting. Hopefully Cuomo will pay, but I doubt it.

Freshman Rep. Sara Jacobs (D-CA[-53]) told CNN over the weekend that a “truth commission” was needed in the U.S. so that there could be a “common narrative moving forward” and suggested that lawmakers needed to probe right-wing media to see what role that it had in the January 6 riot in Washington, D.C.

These people are completely nuts. 1984 was not supposed to be a how-to guide.

They want to silence anyone who dares to disagree with them. But don’t worry, Trump was the authoritarian.

Question: if we need to spend months figuring out what happened, why did we just have a trial about it? Trial first, gather evidence afterwards?

Regardless, a Capitol Hill witch hunt on the “riot” is insane. They didn’t try to take over a city. They didn’t burn, loot, and murder for months, They didn’t shoot at a whole bunch of Congressman. A few people had a crazy day and went home.

Re-Fund the Police!

Well, who could have seen this coming? Oh, that’s right. Everyone who isn’t a complete lunatic.

The City Council on Friday voted unanimously to approve $6.4 million in additional funding that police had requested.

Everyone who supported the “Defund the Police” movement should be mocked. Daily. Politicians who supported it should be removed from office as quickly as legally possible. This movement was designed to destroy American society.

And it’s succeeding.

A decade ago, I gave a speech to 1000 conservatives in San Francisco. I opened with a joke. I said, ‘It’s a little confusing to be in a city where you can be openly gay, openly transsexual,
but you have to be a closet conservative.’ It was a joke and the crowd roared. Now look how far we’ve come. Being a conservative is now a crime worthy of banning in America.

Conservatives are clearly the last remaining group that can be openly discriminated against. It’s legal to make me and my opinions ‘disappear’- even though my opinions represent 74 million voters in this past election. Even though I was clearly popular on Twitter. I gained over 70,000 new fans on Twitter in just a few weeks around the election.

But see, there’s the real problem. I was popular. And I speak raw truth. My opinions were attracting quite a following. Twitter and liberals couldn’t allow that. The truth might catch on. Truth might spread. Americans might start to ask questions. That would be bad for business.

So now, I’m a political prisoner…in America. My opinions are banned. What’s next? Black armbands for conservatives? Gun confiscation? Re-education camps?

You think he’s making a mountain out of a molehill, but others have suggested re-education camps already.

The next four years will see the greatest crackdowns on freedoms in this country in more than 100 years.

And 80 million of you voted for it.
