Democrats Reichstag Moment

GOP congressman: 'We still don't have answers' to why National Guard remaining around Capitol | Fox News

Lawmakers on Capitol Hill are still waiting for an explanation of why National Guardsman are still on duty around the Capitol Hill complex more than one month after the deadly riot there on Jan. 6, Rep. Michael Waltz, R-Fla., told "The Story" Monday.

"We still have National Guardsmen out there, away from their families, away from their jobs, supplementing the police," Waltz told host Martha MacCallum, "and yet we can't get a briefing on what is this dire threat that requires so many people. We still don't have answers."

Oh we know why. It’s all symbolism. Personally I think it’s a horrible symbol, but I’m not a partisan Democrat.

The Democrats are using this as their Reichstag (boy that word is hard to spell, even for a German like me) moment. For those of you who don’t know the reference, the Reichstag was basically the German’s Capitol Building. There was a great fire in February of 1933. The cause was allegedly arson by the Communist Party of Germany, although proof of that claim is limited.

But the Nazi party seized upon this moment, and used it to convince the German public that their lives were in danger from the extremist Communist Party.

Hitler then used that fear to pass the Reichstag Fire Decree which removed many German Civil Liberties and was used to imprison anyone who dared disagree with the Nazis.

All too familiar.

The fake emergency has been extended to March. The FBI continues falsely claiming that there is some sort of threat that requires 7,500 soldiers to conduct a military occupation of the nation’s capital. The FBI’s claims that this threat would occur during “First Amendment-protected protests” has a massive credibility problem because there have been no protests in D.C.

Even though these protests have yet to emerge for over a month, the occupation goes on.

The fascist theater of the military occupation is a pretext for a political occupation with Democrats inciting political purges in legislatures, both state and national, of any Republicans who criticised the stolen election and called for accountability on behalf of the voters. A purge is also underway of the military and law enforcement to root out “extremists” from the same forces that the Democrats have deployed to intimidate Americans and suppress political dissent.

All too familiar.
