It’s false.”

“It makes me angry that they can’t take the time to at least get the generic, basic facts correct because it didn’t fit in the story they wanted to tell,” he said.

Maybe you should become a Fox guy.

What is the point of watching a “news source” that isn’t interested in getting the facts straight? Do you think this is the only time they have done this? If they can lie about one thing, they can lie about anything. A new source that lies has zero value.

“I can say this, that when I got involved in this case and there were a couple of other prominent lawyers who were involved and trying to make some calls and I said, ‘Look, all of your riches and civil lawsuits are going nowhere if this kid gets found guilty of anything, so let’s worry about what’s important.’ And ultimately no actions were filed by Kyle or on behalf of Kyle while I was representing him,” Richards said.

He was quite critical, and deservedly so, of Rittenhouse’s former attorneys, who seemed to be in it for the fame and glory, not for the kid. This guy was in it for the kid. I like that about him.

MSNBC host Tiffany Cross laid into Illinois teenager Kyle Rittenhouse, calling him a “little murderous white supremacist” during her Saturday show, “The Cross Connection.”

I’ll say again, that if you are upset by the verdict, that means you feel it was okay for a child rapist and serial kidnapper to try to kill Rittenhouse, but not okay for him to defend himself. I am sorry, but I cannot support such an opinion, and I don’t care what the skin color of any of the participants was. In this case, they were all white, so calling him a “murderous white supremacist” is either stupid or deliberately misleading.

“I’m just disgusted because I still don’t think that Rittenhouse understands that he is morally wrong if the justice system did not find him legally wrong,” Cross added, arguing that Rittenhouse needed to understand that the moral standard and the legal standard applied to his actions should not necessarily be the same.

No, he isn’t either morally wrong nor legally wrong. He had a moral right to fight to live. And you’re disgusting to suggest otherwise.

But if you want a real taste of how sick that show was, read the whole thing. I’m not even quoting her idiotic guest.

How people can watch that network is beyond me.

MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle was slammed on Sunday after she claimed that it was a “dirty little secret” that people “have the money” to offset skyrocketing inflation rates because, according to her, people have been saving money and the stock market is good.

“The dirty little secret here, Willie, while nobody likes to pay more, on average we have the money to do so. Household savings hit a record high over the pandemic,” Ruhle said[.]

The sad thing is that she probably actually believes that. In spite of reports of people being forced to skip meals due to inflation.

If she lives in such a bubble that she can’t see the effects of inflation on America, she needs to be removed from her position. She can’t possibly speak for America or to America if she doesn’t understand the pain being felt by Americans.

Lots of mockery at the link. Too much to excerpt, so I won’t.

I mock a lot of liberal news media here. And Brian Williams has certainly had his fair share of mockable moments. The reason why he’s no longer the anchor of NBC Nightly News is because he got caught lying in news stories.

But I will give him just this one little bit of credit.

In the hours and days after 9/11, when I still thought MSNBC was a good network, I tuned into that station for most of my news. And Brian Williams was on. It seemed like he was on 24 hours a day those first few days. I got my news from him about a world that had suddenly and frighteningly changed. And he was reassuring. He was calm and poised. He told us what had happened and warned us there might be more. But he didn’t panic, and a couple of times he kept me from panicking.

That’s what I try to think of when I think of when I think of Brian Williams. Not the farce he became later in his career. I will miss that Brian Williams. But then I’ve missed him for over fifteen years.

Notice that some of these are from the left.

Racism is racism no matter where it comes from. Personally, I find the left to be far more racist than the right in almost every way. But, when I see it on the right, I call it out there too. It’s disgusting and vile and should not be tolerated, even (especially) if it’s from people you otherwise agree with.
