The Only Thing Wrong With This Is the Number of Zeros

They should be forced to pay more than this.

Virginia Hospital Found In Contempt Of Court, Subject To $10k Per Day Fines After Denying Patient Ivermectin | The Daily Wire

Family trying to get docs to give mom Ivermectin. She’s in the hospital with the China virus and not doing well. The docs wouldn’t do it. The family got a court order. And the hospital still has not given mom the medicine.

$10,000/day isn’t enough. Several people here need to have their licenses to practice medicine taken away. Or thrown in jail. Either one.

Chris Davies and his father Donald have been fighting for their mother and wife Kathy Davies’ right to try the drug Ivermectin as a COVID-19 treatment at Fauquier Health hospital in Warrenton, Virginia, for the past few weeks. But the hospital — where Chris happens to work as a radiologic technologist — had put his mother through a series of legal hoops seemingly designed to block the treatment from being given to her.

On Monday, December 13, Virginia’s 20th Judicial Court found Fauquier Health in contempt of court after refusing to comply with previous orders and ruled that by 9:00 p.m. Eastern time tonight, Kathy Davies must be given the dose of Ivermectin as prescribed by a doctor retained by the Davies family. Additionally — if the hospital did not comply — the state had the right to fine the hospital $10,000 per day. That order would have been applied retroactively from December 9 onwards. The court also ordered that the Davies family be given police escort if necessary to administer the drug to their mother.

The judge has clearly lost patience. Good. If the woman dies, these people need to be punished. Hard.

I’m Posting This to Remind People That Ivermectin Works

Man ‘desperately ill’ with COVID saved by ivermectin treatment | One America News Network (oann.com)

Took two court orders to allow his doctor to treat him with Ivermectin. This was after he’d been in ICU and on a ventilator for weeks. And whaddya know, the “horse de-wormer” worked.

Erickson added Sun Ng “passed a breathing test that he hadn’t been able to pass in the last three weeks. And he looked more alert and aware. So, I would say that the first dose of Ivermectin is actually working and is effective.” Ng was reportedly given Ivermectin from Nov. 8 through Nov. 12 and later released from the hospital on Nov. 27.

Family members said the man showed signs of improvement almost immediately after taking Ivermectin and is now fully recovered.

This Is Disappointing

Merck's Miracle COVID-19 Pill Not As Miraculous As Claimed – PJ Media

Molnupiravir was dubbed by the Wall Street Journal as a “Tamiflu for COVID-19” that would slow the spread of COVID-19 in the body and potentially prevent serious illness.

But, now Merck & Co. says that updated data from their study showed that molnupiravir was significantly less effective at cutting hospitalizations and deaths than previously touted.

“The drugmaker said its pill showed a 30% reduction in hospitalizations and deaths, based on data from 1,433 patients,” reports Reuters. “In October, its data nL1N2QX0QJ showed a roughly 50% efficacy, based on data from 775 patients.”

Pfizer is also working on a pill, called Paxlovid, which claims to reduce hospitalizations and deaths by 89%.

Meanwhile, the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine, which is out-of-patent and cheap to make, goes absurdly underused in the fight against COVID. There have been nearly 300 studies into hydroxychloroquine’s effectiveness in treating COVID-19—the overwhelming majority of which show positive results—including a large-scale study published in July conducted by the Henry Ford Health System that found a 50% reduction in mortality in patients who took hydroxychloroquine.

Hydroxychloroquine? No, we can’t use that. Trump promoted that, so it’s clearly wrong and a health hazard. You might as well use a horse de-wormer.

Is There Nothing It Can’t Do?

Ivermectin may stop spread of river blindness, West Nile virus, studies say - UPI.com

Horse de-wormer, my a**.

Mass treatment with ivermectin, a drug that has become controversial during the COVID-19 pandemic, eliminates river blindness transmission and can reduce spread of West Nile virus, according to findings presented Thursday during the annual meeting of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.

The drug has effectively stopped the spread of river blindness in two states in Nigeria, Plateau and Nasarawa, the first Nigerian states to achieve this distinction in a country that has the world's most cases of the disease, the researchers said.

“Effectively stopped”.

But let’s keep on mocking its use in humans.

We Need to Start Making Examples of These People

Pharmacist Refuses To Fill Life Saving Medicine Prescription At Walgreens In Texas [VIDEO] (lifezette.com)

I’ll bet this has something to do with China virus treatments. I haven’t read the story yet. Let’s find out.

[A]pparently a San Antonio pharmacist believes he knows what’s best when it comes to COVID-19 when he refused to fill a customer’s order for ivermectin, which he had a prescription for.

The incident, which can be seen below, happened in a Walgreens in San Antonio, Texas. The customer politely tried to inform the pharmacist that he had a prescription, from a licensed doctor, yet the pharmacist, who is not a doctor, refused to fill it either way. Even when the man told the pharmacist that ivermectin was FDA approved, the guy argued with him.

It should be noted that ivermectin was first approved for treatment in humans by the FDA back in 1996. But apparently, the pharmacist missed that class.

Ding. I win.

Tar. And. Feathers.

He needs to be fired and forbidden from ever working in health care again for the rest of his life.

This kind of stuff can not be allowed to happen.

CNN Brings a Knife to a Gunfight

They double down on their attacks on Joe Rogan. Oops.

CNN Mocks Joe Rogan After False Claims About Him: ‘Only Thing’ We ‘Did Wrong’ Is ‘Bruise’ His ‘Ego’ | The Daily Wire

From CNN:

The heart of this debate has been purposely confused and ultimately lost. It’s never been about livestock versus human dosage of Ivermectin. The issue is that a powerful voice in the media, who by example and through his platform, sowed doubt in the proven and approved science of vaccines while promoting the use of an unproven treatment for covid-19 — a drug developed to ward off parasites in farm animals. The only thing CNN did wrong here was bruise the ego of a popular podcaster who pushed dangerous conspiracy theories and risked the lives of millions of people in doing so.

Let’s go to the tape:

  • CNN host Erin Burnett on 09/01: “Controversial podcast host Joe Rogan, who’s railed against vaccine requirements, says he has COVID and took a drug intended for livestock.”
  • CNN host Anderson Cooper on 09/01: “One of those drugs he mentioned, ivermectin, is something more often used to deworm horses.”
  • CNN reporter Brian Stelter on 09/01: “When you have a horse deworming medication that’s discouraged by the government that actually causes some people in this crazy environment we’re in to actually want to try it. That’s the upside down where we’re in with figures like Joe Rogan.”
  • CNN host Don Lemon on 09/01: “The United States is now averaging 160,455 new COVID-19 cases every day, including controversial podcast host Joe Rogan saying that he tested positive for COVID and that he says he is taking several medications including a drug meant for deworming livestock.”
  • CNN commentator Bakari Sellers on 09/03: “I think the unfortunate part about all of this is you have individuals like Joe Rogan, for example, who don’t want to take an experimental vaccine but will take horse dewormer.”
  • CNN anchor Jim Acosta on 09/04: “In case you missed it, Rogan said ivermectin. Yes, that’s the deworming medicine made to kill parasites in farm animals and, weirdly, is being promoted by right-wing media figures and even some politicians as a COVID treatment.”

Hmm. Evidence seems tilted heavily in favor of Rogan.

Even WaPo agrees. Sad CNN.

Washington Post media critic Erik Wemple said that CNN’s statement sounded “more like the work of an advocacy group than a journalism outfit.”

“The ‘issue,’ actually, begins and ends with the integrity of CNN’s content,” Wemple added. “If we take Rogan’s prescription claim at face value — and CNN hasn’t challenged it — then the network’s coverage was slanted in some cases and straight-up incorrect in others.”

CNN Responds to Joe Rogan

But not very well.

CNN's Effort to Clean up the Gupta Train Wreck Interview Proves Joe Rogan's Point – RedState

No, it really is a lie, because you’re deliberately misinforming your viewers, and deliberately giving the impression that he took medicine that is not for humans. That’s just not the case. The creators got a Nobel Prize for Medicine for this. It’s been used by literally billions of people worldwide for the China virus and other viral infections. It treats the symptoms. It’s not a cure.

But that’s the problem with CNN in a nutshell, and it’s the point that Rogan was making. They don’t care about the truth; it’s all about narrative.

Joe Rogan Rips CNN a New One

Joe Rogan Grills CNN’s Sanjay Gupta: Does It Bother You ‘That Your News Network Lies?’ | The Daily Wire

Watch the video.

Give credit to Gupta. He came on Rogan’s show and he had to know he was going to be attacked. He sat there and took it, and even agreed that his network did not cover themselves with glory for telling people that he was taking “horse de-wormer” for his China virus infection.

Here’s  small excerpt, and probably not even the best one.

ROGAN: No, no, no. You have, before we get to that, does it bother you that the news network you work for out and out lied? Just outright lied about me taking horse dewormer.

GUPTA: They shouldn’t have said that.

ROGAN: Why did they do that?

GUPTA: I don’t know.

ROGAN: You didn’t ask? You’re the medical guy over there.

GUPTA: I didn’t ask. I should’ve asked before [inaudible]–

ROGAN: But they did it with such glee–

GUPTA: No, no.

ROGAN: Yes they did. I watched.

Gupta can’t defend it. He knows it’s wrong, but can’t quite bite the hand that feeds him. Still, he’s obviously uncomfortable, and he should be. His employer lied. That’s bad for any employer, but his employer is a new organization. if they feel like they can lie about something like this, what else might they be tempted to lie to us about?

How can anyone trust CNN?

Answer? You shouldn’t. You’re being foolish if you do.

He Says It Because It’s True

Sen. Ron Johnson Says Lives Are Being Lost Due to Big Tech Censorship of Conservatives (theepochtimes.com)

As an example of such censorship, Johnson said an impassioned opening statement of testimony by Dr. Pierre Kory on the treatment potential of ivermectin received 8 million views before it was censored by YouTube.

“Now we are dealing with censorship regarding the benefits of natural immunity because for whatever reason the powers that be, the COVID gods, want the vaccine in every arm,” Johnson said.

“So they are censoring the deaths [following vaccination] being reported on VAERS, over 16,000, at least 5,200 of those are within day one or two, and 750,000 adverse events, and nobody can talk about it,” he said. “This is affecting our healthcare system, it’s affecting doctors ability to save lives, we don’t know how many thousands of people lost their lives because of this censorship.”

Social media doesn’t have the right to just decide which side is right and which side is wrong, and then shut down those that they’ve decided are wrong. That’s not how scientific debate works. That’s not how freedom of speech works. That’s how tyranny works.

Welcome to Biden’s America.

You Can't Argue Against the Narrative, Especially When It's Wrong

The juvenile ‘It’s horse paste!’ critique of ivermectin | Washington Examiner

he Nobel Prize in medicine in 2015 went to two scientists whose experiments on a type of bacteria and subsequent modifications produced a compound that led to “a new class of drugs with extraordinary efficacy against parasitic diseases,” in the words of the Nobel Prize committee.

That compound is ivermectin, which “turned out to be highly effective in both animals and humans against a variety of parasites, including those that cause River Blindness and Lymphatic Filariasis.” The FDA approved the drug in 1996.

That’s why U.S. doctors wrote more than 100,000 prescriptions a year for ivermectin, which comes in tablets but also in a lotion. In 2020, the FDA approved one ivermectin lotion as an over-the-counter lice treatment.

But the narrative only allows for certain people to define what we’re allowed (required) to do about COVID. And these people are never wrong. Even when they change their minds.

Ivermectin has shown promise as an effective treatment. Is it perfect? No. Does NyQuil work for everyone for colds & flu, and does it make their symptoms totally go away? No. It’s a treatment. That means it helps with the symptoms.

They want you stupid. You’re easier to control that way.
