I don’t see how they can back this up. He posted some undercover videos. Unless they are planning on shutting down “60 Minutes” and “20/20” and other “news magazine” shows that do the same thing, they don’t have a legal leg to stand on.

Update: Twitter responded to queries saying that "The account was permanently suspended for violating the Twitter Rules on platform manipulation and spam."

Uh huh. He tweets to promote his videos. If they banned people for that, they’d lost 3/4 of their “blue checkmark” members

After the latest round of hidden camera videos embarrassing to CNN were released, @JamesOKeefeIII has been permanently banned from Twitter. The @Project_Veritas account was also recently banned. This is how big tech works with liberal corporate media to take down challengers.
