This Is a Big Problem for Team Biden

No way would a prominent Democrat governor be coming out against the President’s mandate unless the polling on it was just awful.

“We’re an employer too, the state of Michigan is,” Whitmer said. “I know if that mandate happens, we’re going to lose state employees. That’s why I haven’t proposed a mandate at the state level. Some states have. We have not, we’re waiting to see what happens in court.”

“But we have a lot of the same concerns that you just voiced, and it’s going to be a problem for all of us,” she added.

If it’s one thing the Democrats know how to do it’s to speak with one voice. And Whitmer is as left as you can get. If the Biden administration has lost her, they’re in deep trouble on this mandate.

I think more and more people are realizing that it’s doomed.
